In Karachi and many other areas of Pakistan, several private colleges and higher secondary schools are affiliated with Aga Khan Board for intermediate level exams. Aga Khan Board conducts the 11th class annual exams and 12th class annual exams every year during the months of May and June. The board organizes the written papers and practical papers separately. Written papers are held in May and practical papers in June. Every year, thousands of students HSSC part 1 and HSSC part 2 of the affiliated institutes take part in the exams conducted by Aga Khan Board. Aga Khan Board organizes the exams according to a schedule every year.

Aga Khan Board announces the date sheet 2024 of HSSC part 1 and HSSC part 2 annual exams two or three months before the start of the annual exams. The date sheet 2024 is usually issued during the month of February or March for the students while the board displays the date sheet 2024 at its official site soon after the announcement of the result. Date sheets provide examination schedule and location for the students while the students can fully start their examination preparation after the announcement of the date sheet according to the examination schedule.
